Payment is due in full on the day of the appointment.
There is a 3% surcharge on all credit card payments. This charge is less than the cost of processing credit card payments but does help offset these fees. Please note that credit card companies use this surcharge to provide cash-back rewards to cardholders. There is no surcharge for debit, check, or cash payments.
